You will be okay –

Wrote this at a low point in my life. I’ve hit rock bottom many times but here I am still breathing and still fighting. For anyone who’s going through anything right now, just know that you’ll get through this and you will be okay.

“I can’t hold my tears back,

as the voices in my head,

grow louder and louder.

My sobs get

louder and louder

as my knees crumble

to the floor

how can I be this broken

I think why did

god make me like this

as the tears stream down

my face.

I can hear the voices

in my head

laughing at me,

laughing because I’m weak

tempting me

to end it all

the sobs get louder

as I hear a voice

telling me to get up

you’re strong

you can survive this.

I can survive this.”
